The friction

Voice fragments the moment more than one person touches it. Your LinkedIn doesn’t sound like your email; sales doesn’t sound like marketing; every new hire, agency, and AI tool reinterprets “our voice.” Brand guidelines sit in a doc nobody operationalizes, so consistency runs on individual memory and taste — and a blank AI box makes it worse, handing everyone the same generic default.

Where AI helps

Voice is a pattern problem at a scale you can’t hand-code. USAW uses AI to decompose real writing into a structured 28-dimension profile, then generates from that profile — not a one-off prompt — so output stays on-voice by default. AI is the right tool precisely because it can both extract the pattern and reproduce it.

Who it helps — Brands, marketing and content teams, agencies, and solo creators who need everything they publish to sound like them — plus AI builders who want a consistent character across models.

What I built

  • Voice Architecture

Turns samples or guided inputs into a structured, editable identity: 28 dimensions across 287 fields you can see and tune, not a vibe.

  • A five-layer generation stack

Style → Brief → Format → Standards → Policies, enforced by 333 constraint rules, so every draft holds the voice across audiences and formats.

  • USAW Everywhere

A web app, Chrome extension, and team sharing, so the same voice travels to wherever the writing actually happens.
